HELLO AND WELCOME TO BEE PERSONAL TRAINING

I specialise in training women of all backgrounds and my workouts are designed to make you feel healthy, strong, confident and resilient. Each programme is carefully designed to meet your individual and unique health, fitness and aesthetic goals. This might be losing two stone, toning your glutes and arms, squeezing a regular exercise routine into your busy family/work life, or getting back into shape after having a baby.  Whilst working together towards achieving specific goals, I feel passionate about also empowering you with with the knowledge, tools and skills you need to train and eat well through life. 

 

Strength, circuit, boxing, yoga and high intensity style training methods form a fundamental part of my training programmes to get the best results and make training enjoyable for everyone. My focus is always on working together to build strength, burn fat, boost your metabolism, sculpt your body beautifully and most importantly, make you feel great from the inside out. Transforming your body takes hard work and consistency, but it also takes passion and falling in love with the process!
